B =  [tex](a-b)^{2}[/tex] = [tex](-3 - 1/2)^{2}[/tex] = [tex]( -3 - 0,5) ^{2}[/tex] = [tex]-3,5^{2}[/tex] = 12,25

C = 3a - [tex]2b^{2}[/tex] =  3 fois -3 - 2 fois [tex]1/2^{2}[/tex] =  3 fois -3  - 2 fois [tex]0,5^{2}[/tex] = -9 -  2 fois 0,25 =

-9 - 0,5 = -9,5
