⇔ (y - 5/4)(4 x - 3) = 15/4  ⇔ (4 x - 3)(4 y - 5) = 15

  4 x - 3 = 5  ⇔ 4 x = 8  ⇔ x = 8/4 = 2

  4 y - 5 = 3  ⇔ 4 y = 8  ⇔ y = 8/4 = 2
