In my case I am the kind of person who accepts the world as it is by acting accordingly to get it involves I think it is vital to be realistic so as not to expose oneself to the worst and keep a chance to be happy. But then, why do we so often lack realism? For three reasons: by ignorance, by error of judgment or by refusal of reality. I don't pretend to have all the answers by being realist . But for people like me, are simply direct and frank with ourselves which allows us or at least in my case not to make false illusions.
